Scot Kuratsu joins the Kim Team at Keller Williams with over fifteen years of experience as the General Manager and Chief Financial Officer of one of California’s most respected private aircraft maintenance companies. 

His experience in professional management and finance along with his background as both an owner and income-generating residential property manager brings an invaluable business-meets-personal mindset to the team. 

Beginning at California State Polytechnic University in California, Scot studied finance, law, and real estate, and, while continuing his education, Scot embarked on a career as an accountant for Universal Studios, moving on to become an Accounting Supervisor and Manager of Finance and Accounting for technology and entertainment companies. 

Known for his attention to detail, honesty, integrity and sense of humor, Scot brings a passion connecting with clients on their needs and wants and using his extensive analytic skills to present the best market data and financial strategies. 

A longtime resident of Simi Valley, Scot enjoys spending time with his wife, grown children, and two beautiful grandchildren.
